Lesson payments

1. We provide four lessons per month on aggregate.
2. Each quarter (consisting of 13 weeks or three months) includes a total of 12 lessons.
3. Provided that a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is given, up to two lessons per quarter may be rescheduled.
4. In the event that your instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, a make-up lesson will be provided.
5. Bookings may not be transferred or resold without the explicit permission of London Music Teachers Ltd.
6. Courses are allocated a fixed day and time. Once a course has commenced, participants may not change their allocated day or time.
7. London Music Teachers Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in cases of unacceptable conduct.
8. Except for courses booked and concluded over the telephone—where students are statutorily entitled to cancel within seven working days of payment—all course fees are non-refundable.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, London Music Teachers Ltd. reserves the right to change instructors without prior notice.
10. All information published on our website is provided to the best of our knowledge and ability.
11. London Music Teachers Ltd. reserves the right to amend course content, materials, and fees in the interest of course improvement. Reasonable notice of any such changes will be given where possible.
12. Courses may not be placed on hold at any time, regardless of the reason.
13. Payment is required via standing order or direct debit on the 1st of each month following the first instalment.
14. Monthly payments not made via standing order or direct debit will incur a £15 administration fee.
15. Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur an additional £20 late-payment fee.
16. Cancellation of a course is subject to a written notice period equivalent to four weeks of effective teaching, taking effect from the end of the calendar month in which notice is given. This corresponds to four lessons for weekly courses and eight lessons for courses delivered twice weekly. The course shall remain fully payable and in force until the notice period has been completed in full.
